These are stores that accept furniture and other goods from people who don’t want them anymore; they may be redecorating or moving to a smaller house that can’t hold as much of their possessions. The store sells their items, charging a small fee and gives the rest to the seller. The goods are usually in like-new condition and you can probably do a little haggling if you find something you really like but whose price is just a little high for your budget.
